This is a super easy, tasty, doesn't heat up the kitchen snack!
These can also be made ahead and put in the freezer and use all shelf
stable food storage ingredients!
1/2 cup nut butter (I always use peanut butter, because that is what we have)
1/3 cup honey
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Mix
ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into balls and put in the
refrigerator for about 20 minutes before eating (this makes them much
easier to eat as they won't be as soft and sticky!)
Be careful, these are so good they go fast at my house!
