Chili

1 pound beef stew meat
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can BBQ beans
1 can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder

In a large pot, cook onions and brown stew meat in oil.  Add remaining ingredients.

Stovetop: Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Oven: Cover and bake at 300 for 2 hour

Notes: I double this recipe for our family so I can have leftovers the next day.
