Pizza Crust

I have been using this pizza crust for several months with success...I was happy to find a recipe that we all liked!

2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups all-purpose flour (about)

1.  In a large bowl (I use my Bosch), dissolve the yeast and brown sugar in the water.  Let sit for 10 minutes.

2.  Stir the salt and oil into the yeast solution.  Mix in 2 1/2 cups of the flour.  Knead dough in more flour until no longer sticky.  (I just let it go in my Bosch for a minute or two)

3.  Let the dough rise until double; this should take about 1 hour.  Punch down the dough and form a tight ball.  All the dough to relax for a minute before rolling out.  Roll out and place on pan (I spray my pans with Pam and sprinkle with a little cornmeal)

4.  Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.   Bake the crusts for 5 minutes.  Take the crust out and top with your favorite toppings then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
