Roasted Vegetables

In the past couple of weeks we have received fresh green beans and fresh asparagus...not vegetables I ever buy!  So I had to come up with a way to cook them!  We really liked roasting them...the string beans were especially yummy cooked this way!

1.  Clean and trip vegetables.  Put in a plastic bag.

2.  Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic.  Shake until covered.

3.  Put on a pan.  Sprinkle with salt.

4.  Roast in a 350 degree oven

Asparagus:  10-15 minutes

Green Beans:  25 minutes
